1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our current processing time is up to 3 weeks to create and ship your order. Then it takes at least 2 days before your package is delivered if you are located in the NL. For international customers, it takes DHL at least 1-2 weeks to deliver.
2. What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted. If you have received a defective item, please notify me of the defect to the contact form on the contact page within 72 hours of receiving the item. we will do our best to help you.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
we try to process all orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, only order cancellations/changes within 2 hours of placing the order are guaranteed.
Once your package has been marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. I can no longer make changes to your order. Please contact DHL if you need further updates after your order has been shipped.
4. I think my order was unsuccessful, but my card has been charged?
It is normal for failed transactions to temporarily appear in your banking history. They automatically disappear within a few days because your payment was unsuccessful. Feel free to contact us with your full name and email address if you would like me to double check your order.
5. What happens if my order is returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information?
If the address cannot be delivered because the wrong shipping details have been entered, DHL will return the package to us. You are again responsible for shipping to send it.
