SHIPPING
Domestic orders within the Netherlands will be shipped within 5-7 business days (delays may occur during peak seasons).
International orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days (delays may occur due to peak seasons or customs processing).
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable import taxes or customs duties.
Import duties and taxes may vary by country, and we are unable to control or predict these charges.
Customers within the European Union will generally not incur import duties.
Please note that shipments outside the EU may take longer due to customs clearance procedures.
RETURNS
Products that have been purchased and are no longer available for sale cannot be returned.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for an exchange or refund.
We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, but exchanges for different sizes may be facilitated if the product is still in stock.
Please note that refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed and appear in your account. Shipping costs are not covered for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
